Prof. Sunday Jide Komolafe is a man of many parts—visionary, scholar, and trainer. A respected thought leader known for crafting the requisite strategic vision to achieve organizational goals, he offers a unique blend of executive acumen, global team-building, and expertise in systemic solutions analysis.

He is a valued advisor and requested consultant to board members, investors, church leaders and top-tier executives, Prof. Komolafe has recently executed corporate strategy, raised funds, and secured in/out technology license agreements for non-profit organizations in leading the United Nations Development Programme’s “Capacity Development” initiative in Uganda, Kenya, Zimbabwe, and Papua New Guinea. In addition, he has effectively raised visibility for the Millennium Development Goals by bringing poverty-alleviating decisions and human development issues to the forefront of crucial Executive Committee decisions.

Prof. Komolafe is an adjunct/visiting faculty in institutions across Africa, Australia, Canada and the United States of America. He has held non-executive board roles in the private sector in the United States and is currently engaged as a speaker on strategic planning and leadership development and as a mentor to chief executives and directors leading systemic changes.

Bamidele Nweneka
Education and Community Development Consultant.

Bamidele Nweneka a social scientist, an educator and a women leader who has made a difference in the lives of many people. She is a Fellow of The Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria and holds a certificate in Leadership of non-profit organizations from Harvard University, USA.

She has over 20 years of experience in designing and delivering interventions in five countries. Mrs. Nweneka is passionate about working with like-minded individuals and businesses to find solutions to the numerous challenges facing humanity. Mrs. Nweneka has a focus on finding ways to improve lives, hence passionate about empowerment and innovative solutions to problem solving across board.

 ‘Yemi Taiwo
Country Director

 ‘Yemi Taiwo is a Psychologist and a people development expert. An Associate of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria. Being a people centered person, ‘Yemi obtained a certification in Public Relations from Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (Chartered) in 2006.  This personal development has facilitated her excellent value delivery in her previous employments.

‘Yemi has over two decades of experience across various industries in the financial sector of Nigeria before acquiring knowledge and training to become a People Development professional.  

This purposeful woman has attended various trainings on Psychology, Psychotherapy, Mental Health, and several areas of people development, including Selection and Placement, Personality Assessment, Behaviour Modification, Substance Abuse Management, Child Psychology and Trauma Informed Care Training from JARS Education Group, California. 

‘Yemi is fond of young people. She believes early delivery of positive values to them can stir up for them, a future of unlimited possibilities to become responsible adults and great future leaders.

She operates from the Company’s Headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria.
